George Blaha, our founder, has over 30 years of experience in the BOLI/ICOLI Marketplace. Rooted in distinction, our approach extends well beyond traditional corporate insurance, delivering integrated strategies to reduce risk and generate distinctive, tax-advantaged returns. Our Mission

To educate financial institutions on the various types and uses of life insurance as an earning asset.

1986
George began his career at Connecticut Mutual in Cleveland, specializing in personal insurance planning.
1993
After building relationships with dozens of bank clients, George completed his first Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) placement at Clark Consulting.
1996
Building on early success, George is promoted to partner at Clark Consulting.
1998
Clark Consulting went public, leveraging its equity to acquire several complementary firms.
2004
George founded Clark's Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (ICOLI) division.
2007
George founded The BOLI Group to deliver highly specialized placements of insurance products.
2014
